NEW HOME & CONSTRUCTION DESIGN

Building a new home involves many important decisions right from the start. As the main breadth of our experience we can manage the entire selection process and coordinate directly with your builder to help bring your dreams to life. Design fees are based on the complexity and time associated with each project. With new construction, the phase in which we begin is used to determine the fee we charge. FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Homestyles specializes in full service design ranging from entire homes to individual rooms. With this approach our team handles each facet of the project including initial consultation, paint and finish selection, furniture layout and design, product sourcing and ordering, as well as sub-contractor coordination and installation. As we carry close relationships with our vendors and pride ourselves in being able to share these resources with our clients, under this agreement all products would be sourced through Homestyles. All design fees are due at the onset of each project.

DESIGN SERVICES ONLY

Do you enjoy shopping for your furniture but seek the guidance of a designer to ensure proper sizing, layout, and style? With this option we will provide you with a full design concept including paint selections, space plans, size descriptions, style, and finish suggestions in a detailed presentation with notes to allow you to take the design and shop for pieces at a retail store. All design fees are due at the onset of each project.

REMODELING CONSULTATION

If you are looking to re-model your existing space and require assistance with builder-type selections such as cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing, etc. we will happily consult with you on an hourly basis. Coordinating all selections with the appropriate contractors and sub-contractors also falls under the consultation rate.
